What started as a standard treehouse kit turned into a fully re-engineered structure—tailored to the unique challenges of a steeply sloped property overlooking the breathtaking views of Lake Sammamish.

While the original kit offered a basic framework, the site demanded far more ingenuity. We redesigned the entire support structure to accommodate the dramatic grade, ensuring stability, safety, and seamless integration with the natural landscape. The result is a freestanding treehouse that feels both grounded and elevated—anchored securely, yet floating above the hillside with unobstructed views.

Perched among the trees, this elevated retreat offers a perfect blend of adventure and serenity. Whether used as a creative hideaway, play space, or guest escape, it brings the magic of the outdoors to life—with craftsmanship that honors both form and function.

Custom-engineered for the land. Designed for the view. Built for the memories.
