This Seattle residence underwent a full three-bathroom transformation, each space tailored with its own distinct personality and purpose—unified by thoughtful design, premium finishes, and clever problem-solving.

The main floor powder room, though small in size, makes a big design statement. We installed a stunning floating waterfall countertop, underlit to softly illuminate the elegant surface and the custom floating shelf below. It’s a sculptural focal point that turns a simple guest bath into a showpiece.

In the basement, two full bathrooms posed significant challenges due to the home’s existing structure, which restricted the relocation of plumbing and ventilation systems. Rather than let that limit the design, we embraced it as an opportunity to innovate.

For Basement Bathroom 1, we designed a custom slat wood wall that cleverly conceals the fan, turning a mechanical necessity into a bold design feature. Whimsical flooring and modern fixtures finish the space with charm and style.

In Basement Bathroom 2, we removed an outdated jetted tub and replaced it with an expansive walk-in shower, wrapped in elegant green tile that brings a rich, calming energy to the room. Every detail—from layout to lighting—was considered to maximize usability and beauty within the existing constraints.

This project is a perfect example of how even complex remodels can be transformed into inspired, highly functional spaces.
