For this full upstairs renovation, we were honored to work again with long-time clients who entrusted us with a major transformation of their home. Every detail was elevated, starting with stunning custom Sapele woodwork—cabinets, doors, and trim—that brings warmth and elegance to every room. The flooring was upgraded throughout with beautiful, durable oak hardwood.

The heart of the remodel was the kitchen, which underwent a dramatic expansion. By opening up walls and replacing outdated windows, we created a light-filled, open-concept chef’s kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances—including a massive refrigerator that had to be craned in—and a sleek induction cooktop.

A new electrical panel supports extensive, thoughtfully placed lighting that brightens every corner of the space. The entire upstairs was finished with smooth, uniform drywall, giving it a crisp, modern look that ties all elements together seamlessly.
